Online Casino Conditions >>> Slots Tips >>>Spin the Reels Slow at Casino Slot Machines

For those who are entirely green at playing casino slot machines, there are some general words of warning that one should be aware of and heed so that disappointment or frustration is not met when overzealous gambling expectations are likewise not met.

The first thing one should be prepared for is to sit at the machines for an indefinite length of time. If you are expecting to win some money at the casino slots, you should also expect to endure lengthy time periods of small wins or no wins at all.  While it is true that some players will hit it big within minutes of sitting down at a machine, the vast majority of your sessions will require you to stick around for a bit if you expect to get ahead and catch a winning streak.

A good rule of thumb regarding how much in your bankroll you should allot to the machines is about 200 coins. For the quarter machines, this amounts to $50, which will be enough to cover enough spins to give yourself a fair chance of hitting that elusive jackpot spin.

Keeping this in mind, choose a casino slot machine that allows for stake denominations you are comfortable gambling over an indefinite period of time. Let's say you want to give yourself two hours at the slot machines. Even if you end up using your bankroll allotment when all is said and done, you can easily get through two hours of spinning the reels with 200 coins.

Pick a stake denomination that amounts to a total bankroll amount you would be comfortable losing (in a worse case scenario). Again, 200 quarter-value coins would amount to $50. If you discipline yourself to spin the reels no more than three times per minute (once every twenty seconds), even if you lost every spin you would still have twenty spins left at the two-hour mark.

However, we all know that casino slot machines are going to payout better than that, consequently giving you even more time to prolong your chances of hitting the slot's Random Number Generator at the exact instant the big-winning symbol combo is generated.  In other words, take your time when gambling at the slot machines.  A player who spins the reels 600 times per hour for two hours will last as long as a player who spins the reels 200 times per hour for six hours.

One final thing to consider before sitting down at the casino slots for the first time is to only play banks of machines sitting on open casino floors.  Single machines at restaurants and independent businesses will likely bite you every time.
