Learning Online Casino Games Via Free Play Accounts

When it comes to playing online slot machines, the best way to become acquainted with the rules and payout table of the game is to open a "Play For Fun" account and practice spinning the reels with play money.

For those bettors who are unfamiliar with Play accounts, one simply only needs to download the software (or open the Flash version of the software) and provide a few personal details such as name and email (for registration purposes only).

After logging in, the options to play for fun or visit the cashier to open a real money account will be available.  Simply choose to Play for Fun and you will automatically be given a play money credit (usually one-thousand credits), which can be re-upped at any time.  In other words, all gamblers are entitled to unlimited fun play. After sorting through a software platform's game offerings, players should go back and open those games that have piqued their interest.

Now comes the time to test out the slot machines.  Begin by spinning the reels and paying close attention to the winning symbol combinations you hit.  Vary the bet sizes, numbers of coins (playing max bets) and take note of the difference in payouts for the same symbol combos.  By doing so, you will be well on your way to learning and memorizing the payout table, which for most games will be displayed adjacent to the reels themselves.

For some large multi-payline machines, the payout schedule will be displayed on a second page linked directly to the game interface.  Open this often to familiarize yourself with the location of each payline, which can be confusing at first.  Additionally, take some time to open the game rules section (also normally accessible through the game interface) which will share everything from the payout schedule and payline locations to details on bonus and multiplier symbols.
