Caesar's Palace and the Ancient Roman Experience
by Colby Lewis, Strategy and Games Writer

It is that time once again for yet another Las Vegas casino review. Here at Online Casino Conditions we know that internet gamblers do not just enjoy the fun and convenience of gambling on the internet. There truly is something unique and invigorating about walking into a land-based gambling destination, setting the chips on the table and/or pulling the arm of the slot machine (okay, pressing the "Spin" button).

As you probably already know, Las Vegas is the Mecca of casino gambling, and provides one of the most exciting betting experiences available. Even people who don't gamble can have the time of their lives in Las Vegas. One place that will surely accommodate the "time of your life" experience" is Caesar's Palace.

Caesar's Palace is modeled after the Roman Empire in all its glory, complete with a Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis. In fact, much of Caesar's Palace invokes the presence of water, as this was a considered a sacred element during Roman times (and still is to this day).

Three pools make up the Pool Oasis - the Temple Pool is 10,000 square feet of flowing water adorned with marble, granite and roman mosaics. The Neptune Pool is 5,000 square feet, and offers lap swimming and poolside bar service. The Apollo pool provides for a more intimate and private setting away from the crowds, and like the other pools, offers private cabana poolside lounging. The latest pool to join the oasis, is the Venus Pool, which offers European bathing. (Yes folks, that means topless).

Keeping with the water theme, the Qua Bath and Spa is one of the finest on the Strip. Their signature Roman Rituals tap into the healing properties of water and herbs, and will leave you feeling like a million bucks. And speaking of money, you would be hard pressed to find the gaming activity that Caesar's offers at some online casinos.

After you hit it big at the slots, give your wallet a break by taking a stroll through the Aspian Way and Forum shops, which are made up of over 120 fine stores in a mall-like setting (only, think what a mall in ancient Rome crossed with a modern mall would look like).

And if you are itching to get away from the casinos and swing the irons, you may find yourself on the greens of the Cascata Golf Course, which was developed specifically for Harrah's customers. It is truly a breathtaking course and was ranked the #2 top public golf course in all of Nevada.

For nightlife, look out for Celine Dion highly touted show, as well as top acts like Elton John and Jerry Seinfeld. With all this and more, Caesar's Palace certainly offers one of the best getaways in Vegas.
