the most useful and relevant gaming information. In
keeping with this mission, we only recommend the most
reputable and trusted gambling sites on the Web.
We
receive countless emails from online casinos seeking to be
promoted on our pages, most of which offer to pay
exuberant advertising fees. Not only do we promise to not
be bought out, we promise to call out those gaming sites
which have ripped players off or who have acted in any way
not becoming of a professional and fair business
operation. Our
Online Casino Blacklist page is a testament
to this promise.
Word spreads fast on the Web, so you can
bet that when any of the industry's top online casino watchdog portals
or regulators report about player abuse, we will report it
as well. Our Blacklist was compiled over the years from
reputed and unbiased sources, which ultimately can be
traced back to the players themselves. Of course, we
concede there
are players out there who break the rules and act
unreasonably. This is why we will only add a casino to our
blacklist only after we have sorted through the facts and
have not received an acceptable answer or defense from the
site operators/owners.
We recently received a complaint
against a site dating back nearly ten years. Considering
this site had developed a good reputation over the years,
had changed software providers since the date of the
alleged incident and had not received any other complaints
or had been at the heart of any major player disputes, we
withheld from putting this site on our blacklist. However,
we informed the player that we would be keeping a close
eye on the site based on his concerns and experience.
In
cases in which an overwhelming number of player complaints
arise against an online casino, the chances of them being
blacklisted are much greater. We have recently been
flooded with complaints from players regarding a notorious
network of casinos that we had actually blacklisted
several years ago - the Crystal Palace Group. Well, you
can rest assured they have been double-blacklisted, and we
will go into more detail about that in our next gambling
tip.
