Online Casinos are More Than Their Gaming Commissions
by Mike Harrison, Strategy and Games Writer

It has been brought to our attention in recent times that several online casino sites licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission are behaving in unethical ways that are doing damage to the reputation of the internet gaming industry.

We have been receiving a steady stream of complaints from players who are not getting paid out and being treated belligerently by management at gaming sites licensed by Kahnawake. The Kahnawake Gaming Commission has been made aware of these complaints and concerns from the industry at large; However, it seems that nothing is being done about it. We are calling upon the Kahnawake Gaming Commission to address these charges and do something once and for all in the interests of protecting their good name and the good name of many of the other respectable online casinos they license.

Indeed, there are several excellent gaming properties licensed by Kahnawake. In fact, the vast majority of these sites make up some of the best online casinos in the business. However, we all know that it only takes one bad seed to tarnish the reputation of an entire group of sites.

One of the most notorious bad seeds in the Kahnawake family is the Crystalisle Group of casinos. Practically all the complaints we receive from players are about sites under the Crystalisle Management wing. And even if Crystalisle was acting good on their terms and conditions, which apparently they are not, there is no justification to hide behind one's terms and conditions and use them to wield unfair and unethical practices.

Nowadays, it simply is not enough to be licensed by a reputable gaming commission, process safe eCommerce transactions and employ fraud prevention protocols. Each individual casino should be checked out from head to toe.

In other words, read reviews and find out what others are saying about the site. Do they come up on any blacklists? If so, you should reconsider playing there, no matter how good the bonus seems. What good is a bonus if you won't be able to cash it out?
