customer service, which all players should check up on before opening an account

One of the easiest ways to test out the qualities in a
customer service team is to call and email them with a few simple questions.
Perhaps you really do have a question that was not answered on a casino's
website or in their FAQ's section, which you will want an answer to. Even
if you don't have any pressing questions, think of something that is a important
to you in a gaming host and fire away.
Some good questions might be, "How
fast will I receive a payout when using Neteller?" or "What was the payout
percentages on your slot machines the month before last"? Even if you already
know the answer, your intent is to see how helpful the customer service team is.
It is not so important that they know the answer right off the top of their
head, but more importantly, that if they do not know the answer, they will find
out the answer for you. Are they friendly and patient over the phone? Or,
do they talk in an impersonal way or hardly speak English well?
As for email
help, send an email with a similar question, stating you are a potential new
member. See how long it take the email staff to get back to you, and
again, gauge how helpful they are in helping you find an answer to your
question.
