We now present the fourth installation of the Online Casino Conditions Craps Glossary beginning with the term Hi-Lo and ending with Loaded Dice:

Hi-Lo - This is a craps bet predicting the very next dice roll will be a two or twelve.
Hope Bet
- As the name implies, this is a hopeful high odds bet predicting the exact die number combination on a shooters next throw.
Hoping Hardway
- A Hope Bet specifically predicting a two/two combination.
Horn Bet
- A bet predicting the shooters very next roll with either hit a 2, 3, 11 or 12 (the least likely numbers to be rolled on the table).
Horn High Bet
- A safer version of the Horn Bet, two parts of this bet cover the 12 being rolled, while one part of the bet covers the 2, 3, and 11 each.
Hot Roll
- A pair of dice that keep passing. In other words, the shooter is said to have a hot roll if the dice consistently avoid sevening out.
Hot Table
- A hot table in the casino is one where you will likely find a large crowd standing around. It is a table with a shooter who rather than sevening out, is frequently making their point.
Inside Numbers
- The numbers 5, 6, 8, and 9 that a place bet is made on.
Insurance Bet
- A secondary bet made used to cover potential losses on a prior bet.
Lay Bet
- A popular bet at the craps table, this a bet against the shooter, predicting they will seven out before rolling their point number (a 5% Casinos commission is paid to the House on winning bets).
Lay Odds
- A common strategy odds bet going against the dice because of the odds the shooter is facing.
Layout
- As the name implies, this is the surface of the craps table itself, which is imprinted with the designated areas for placing bets.
Line Bet
- Another name for a Pass Line or Don't Pass Line bet.
Little Joe
- A common phrase for a Hardway 4 (double two's).
Loaded Dice
- Also called crapped dice, you won't find these in the online casinos, for these are die that are faultily weighted, thus producing biased results.
