Prism Casino Player Complaints

Prism Casino is on a crooked streak once again. Several years back, the well-respected casino watchdog, Casino Meister, blacklisted Prism Casino along with its sister network, the Virtual Casino Group, as well as its fake Seal of Approval called "SafeBet". A supposed player mediation and advocacy group, SafeBet turned out to be a sham, as did the Virtual Casino Group. Since that time, Prism Casino has continued to be the object of several player complaints, and apparently is still operating business as usual (the player complaints below were sent to us in June and July of 2007). And just because Prism Casino (and the Virtual Casino group for that matter) uses Real Time Gaming, don't let that fool you into thinking all Real Time Gaming Software is no good. In fact, Real Time Gaming is one of the best. And while it is true that gaming fairness starts with the software platform itself, after it has been sublicensed to an online casino operator, things always have the potential of going awry. Real Time Gaming has been TST certified to be inherently fair, so no worries there. It's in the area of customer service and getting paid that warrants the blacklisting of Prism Casino.

Hi there,

I wish I found this site ages ago.
I too am awaiting payment from Prism Casino. I first withdrew $1875 US (2 lots $1000 & $875) on the 9th of June. I finally received $1000 on July 7th, after Chris the manager who seem helpful and nice at first, told me it should have been done ages ago and didn't know why it didn't.

Today I go onto Livechat, Mandy firstly disconnects me twice, obviously is getting sick of me as I have logged on know for every day to resolve issue. Finally get onto Chris who begins by telling me that my constant asking for him is unacceptable as he is a busy person and I will not be tolerated! He says the remaining money will be in my account on Monday July 9th and then disconnects me.

I was outraged that he would speak to me like that, I was never rude to any of his staff or himself considering.

It will be interesting to see if my payment gets processed on Monday.

Until then I think someone needs to do something about this casino, more articles displaying its Blacklisting. As soon as someone googles Prism/Slots of Vegas the blacklist site should be first!

Your site is great and I wish I found it earlier.

Do you know if Carol C who posted the letter regarding her withdrawal from Prism received her money??????

Thanks for taking the time to read my email, I would love it if you could display it on your read reports section under Prism if you can.

Kindest Regards,
Nicole C.

And no, Lucy C. did not get her money. Here is her original:

I have been waiting for a month to get my withdraw from Prism they keep telling me this week. and to quit asking about it everyday that they will contact me. Wonder if I will ever get my $325.

Carol C.
