There is a new all-in-one online gambling site on the Web called Bet-1. Developed by the same team who owns and operates TheSweetScience online sportsbook and BetPhoenix, Bet-1 is the most comprehensive of the pack, featuring an online casino, poker room, sportsbook and bingo hall. The company issued a recent press release announcing the launching of the site, which is based out of Alajuela, Costa Rica.

While it is true that Costa Rica has gotten some flack for its lack of  "regulation" of online betting sites (it's legal to host gaming servers in Costa Rica, yet regulation standards are not enforced), the owners of Bet-1 have proven themselves in the past and have a strong following of devoted bettors at their other sites. When it comes to online sports betting, the chances of a bookie fix are rare. Rigged casino games...well that's another matter altogether.

There is no doubt that Bet-1 has been working hard to get ready for the 2007 National Football League season currently underway. To commemorate the opening of the site, Bet-1 announced they will be giving a 20% cash bonus for new players, a 10% horse freeplay bonus and 15% reload bonus for online sportsbook depositors.

At the current time, the online casino, poker room and bingo hall is not accepting bets just yet (the website says its coming soon). However, the sportsbook and racebook is already up and running, and a 1-800 number is already live for handling phone wagers. A football and soccer news feed is also available for bettors who like to do their research before placing bets. Bet-1 is also currently scouting affiliates to help promote their online gambling services.
