Online Casino Software Source Code Pulled by Clock Media

Online Casino Conditions Staff
October 24, 2006

Online casino and gaming site software developer, Clock Media, has issued a dramatic press release, announcing the company has pulled out of a deal with Mercury Sports NV and Full House Entertainment, and further accusing the said companies of attempting to steal the source code from Clock Media's software platform. Chief Executive Officer of Clock Media, Jorge Mijares, said the deal made with Full House has only resulted in financial losses, which Mijares says Mercury intentionally rigged in an attempt push, which Mijares says Mercury intentionally rigged in an attempt to push shareholders away and steal the software.

Source code for the online casino gaming software was originally placed into an escrow account, but has since been frozen by Clock Media when Mercury Sports did not honor their agreement with Clock Media to market the software. Gaming Software source code is the most highly guarded secret of the gaming industry's top online casino software providers, and holds the key as to how the Random Number Generator produces produces winning hands and divulges payouts.

Mijares says that a copyright for the software source code has been in Clock Media's sole possession and ownership throughout the course of the ongoing deal, and that attorney's representing Mijares are currently reviewing legal actions that could be very well taken against Full House and Mercury Sports NV in the very near future. What is most interesting about this case however, is the association of a well known figure in the online casino gaming industry - Brian Woods, who was until now, associated with the Black Widow Casino, Grand Banks and Sterling House online casino networks. Not surprisingly, all of these gaming sites have notorious reputations for slow payouts and numerous player disputes.

Mijares also defended himself against what he calls false claims and accusations made by Woods. Mijares regarded this as Woods' way of trying to get on the good side of gaming authorities, which seems to be very probable considering the seemingly too-coincidental, frequent occurrences in which Woods has been associated with disputes and unethical gaming practices. Although Mijares would not go into details about what he may charge in a court of law, he did say that libel action is being considered against not only Brian Woods, but on his sister, Shiovean Woods, as well, who serves as President of Eban Commerce in Toronto.
