According to Marketing Director, John Hughes, 7Sultans has taken great care in listening to the feedback from its current members.  The casino has indeed put its players first, which is why the upgrade has come about.

One of the main features now offered to casino members is a personal assistant.  7Sultans is the first online casino of the Fortune Lounge Group to put the assistant to the test, which other online casinos will soon use as an example.  Instead of having top open and log into the casino software interface, players only need to access the assistant, which will let players check on account balances, comp points balances, and even withdraw casino bonuses.
