Player Warnings: Stay Clear of Futurebet Casinos and Crystal Palace

We have an important player warning for everybody. First off, if you haven't noticed already, Crystal Palace Casino has been showing up in the search engines of late, and are no doubt getting some traffic from unknowing players. For those still not in the know, Crystal Palace has been the brunt of many player complaints, ranging from withheld payouts to unfair software.

Although Crystal Palace has made some moves to improve their image and player complaints have died down, this online casino is still in the red zone. They claim on their website that they offer the best odds in the business and guaranteed payouts, yet do not publish any of this information on their website. Rather, they invite players to contact them for obtaining this information.

What is so hard about publishing payout information and becoming a transparent online casino like many of the other gaming sites out there? Nothing, except when you have something to hide. You know what's going to happen when you call up their customer service center? They are going to tell you "We have the best payouts in the business. They were above 97% last month". Don't believe it folks.

Anyways, the other player warning is regarding the FutureBet network of online casinos. Although Futurebet is a TST certified software platform, there have been a rise in player complaints against FutureBet powered online casinos, many of which have recently announced they will be shutting down due to FutureBet "claiming insolvency". In other words, it looks like FutureBet is facing some serious financial hardships. That being the case, players are strongly advised to not deposit their funds with any FutureBet gaming sites. The sites that have already closed down or have expressed an intent to close include Linesmaker.co.uk, BetandWinNet, BigNutzz and FunPlexCasino.
