Reel Deal Slots Tournament Offered at English Harbour Casino

One of the first online casinos on the Web and home to over 3.5 million winning players, English Harbour Casino, has announced their latest online promotional tournament, and it has already gotten the attention of online slot machine enthusiasts for several reasons. First of all, this particular tournament is the world's largest free roll slots tournament ever, guaranteeing a prize pool of $10,000. Secondly, the tournament is scheduled to commemorate English Harbour's newest casino game release, "The Reel Deal".

Based on the popular NBC game show hosted by Howie Mandel, Deal or No Deal, the new slot machine was developed by Vegas Technology Software. Formerly known as the reputable Odds On software (introduced in the late nineties), Vegas Technology is one of the most innovative online casino software brands to date, and recently won the online gaming community's most prestigious player poll award for "Best Online Casino Software".

The way the tournament works is that members of English Harbour Casino who play the Reel Deal online slots now through November 30 (the close of the tournament), will be eligible to win a fair share of the guaranteed $10,000 prize pool. The player who has accumulated the most cash playing the Reel Deal machines will win a first place award of $1,000 plus 20% of tournament re-buys, which is where most of the money comes from.

With $5 re-buys (meaning players have the option of re-entering the tournament with $5) the overall jackpot is able to grow much larger. At the time of this article, re-buys had accumulated over $22,500 to the jackpot, which on a 20% margin for the first place finisher amounts to little over $4,500. In other words, first place winnings are already up to over $5,500, and the tournament is not even close to being finished.

The rest of the Reel Deal slots tournament payout structure is set up to award a total of 288 players a portion of $10,000 plus a portion of the rebuy accumulation. Second place will receive $500 plus 15% of the rebuy total, Third Place will receive $250 plus 10% of the rebuy, Fourth through Fifteenth place will get $100 plus 3% of the rebuy, Fourteenth through Thirty-Ninth Place will receive $50 plus 1% of the rebuy prize pool, Fortieth through Ninetieth Place will take home $50 each, Eighty-Ninth through One-Hundred-Eighty-Ninth Place will win $25 each, and the remaining one-hundred top finishers will take home $10 each.

As for the Reel Deal online slots, this new video slot machine is the real deal, being composed of five reels, twenty paylines, and awards a maximum jackpot up to $100,000 with a $100,000 bonus game. Based on the Deal or No Deal television game show, it is only fitting the bonus round centers on the twenty-six beautiful models holding briefcases with various amounts of money. Just like the real game show, each briefcase holds a different amount of money (not in the million dollar denomination, but more like $1 to $100,000), and the player has the option of taking or leaving offers made by the Banker as more and more briefcases are eliminated during the bonus round. Real Deal slots also feature scatter and wild symbols, thus making it a truly exciting game with several ways to win.
