PokerShare.com celebrates the introduction of its new online gaming casino site, CasinoShare.com, by giving away thousands of gallons of gasoline to New York drivers. The online gaming poker room had the big apple drivers in mind as it offered forty dollars in free gas to anyone who wanted to stop and wait at the downtown Mobil Station, "Our promotion was designed to help New Yorkers enjoy their Memorial Day Weekend without having to fret about the high price of gasoline".....and of course, publicize the online poker gaming facilities.

The online gaming operator had all six pumps manned by their PokerShare Pump Girls and the rest of their PokerShare team, but with several radio talk shows making morning news out of the promotion.  The thousands of New Yorkers who wanted to take them up on the offer were excited to talk about the PokerShare's generosity to their interviewers. In fact, the lines grew to such proportions that NYPD eventually came and shut down the giveaway early on.

This really seemed to disappoint not only the drivers anxiously waiting to stock up on fuel for the awesome three day weekend - but even more so - the online gaming operator themselves seem bummed that they were not able to give as much gas to people as they had wanted, “It's a travesty that with gas prices so high in America, someone like PokerShare who wants to give back and give away free gas gets shut down early with thousands of gallons waiting to be given out.” Many people will at least know of the good dead via the hundreds of fliers given out - all touting the online casino and poker room promotion of giving away free gasoline.
