Poker Challenge Does Online Layout With MySpace Members

Online Casino Conditions Staff
May 31, 2006

Anyone familiar with the internet has most likely heard about the online community known as MySpace.com.  If not, it is one of the largest and most used networks of personal web pages on the MySpace servers, that lets people chat live, send messages, post blogs, and even play personal videos and music files.  Each person's page is completely customizable, and is a great way for people to meet others with similar interests.

That being said, the announcement by MSPokerChallenge.com to hold the MySpace Poker Challenge sounds like it could be a large event.  With a targeted audience of over eighty million people, and as popular a game as online poker has become, the tournament could end up being a reoccurring success.  Although Poker Affiliate World Inc. (who owns MSPokerChallenge.com) has no affiliation with MySpace.com, it is evident that many members of MSPokerChallenge also are MySpace members.

By catering to the MySpace members who also happen to play poker - or would like to begin doing so - current members of both sites could potentially drive traffic to MSPokerChallenge.com.  To help make this happen, MSPokerChallenge is giving away free entries into the online poker tournament to those members who refer fifty new MySpace players to the website, or for those who win freeroll events.

The buy-in for the online poker tournament is $30 with a $3 fee.  Scheduled to take place July 29, 2006, MSPokerChallenge.com will be holding many online satellite tournaments that will give players the opportunity to enter the poker tournament for free and possibly become the first ever online poker champion of MySpace.
