Casino News Article of the Month:
Atlantic City is fast becoming the Las Vegas
of the East Coast, considering the numerous
casino expansions and projects currently
taking place. The building boom may
still not be quite as large as the one
happening in Nevada, however, it is something
to take not of, none the less. Both
Caesar's and Borgata Casino and Hotel Resort
are are trying to wrap up expansions planned
for completion this Summer. Borgata is
adding a $200 million expansion that includes
three new restaurants run by celebrity chefs,
while Caesar's is introducing the "Pier",
which will serve as a large retail shopping
center and entertainment complex committed to
bringing the high profile acts Caesar's is
known for bringing to the public. The
casino and resort expansion at Harrah's is a
$550 million project, and is not scheduled to
be finished until next year.
