Internet betting site, BetCris, is seeking to expand its online presence in the gambling community as evidence by their acquisition of two recognizable online gaming properties.  A spokesperson for BetCris announced in a press release that as part of their pursuit to offer even more of a variety of unique online gambling activities, they strategically acquired both TC Bets and FunTimeBingo.

Apparently, the companies had been negotiating for some time.  After all was said and done, BetCris decided to use the gambling sites as part of a cross-promotion scheme.  Considering their primary service is in the horse betting industry, the acquisitions are being looked upon favorably by all involved.  No details were given on the actual selling prices of the deal.

The BetCris website does not have any promotional banners up as of yet - just their standard selection of daily picks, online casino games, race book, sportsbook, poker room and new skill games like gin rummy and backgammon.  The company plans to deepen its hold on the horse betting industry by cross promoting on TC Bets right away, while complete integration with FunTimeBingo will finalize in the summer of 2006.
