The all-in-one online gambling site, Maharajah Club, has announced it will be
co-sponsoring the Asia Cup Polo being held on June 30 at Kirtlington Park.
Taking place between two of the most renowned polo nations in the world - India
and England - the game event promises to get widespread coverage, which for
Maharajah Club, is a good token.
Although Maharajah Club never based much of its revenue on the U.S. facing
online casino gaming industry before the crackdown by the Bush administration,
the gaming site - much like several other online casinos - was receiving some
traffic from American bettors. Now, however, Maharaja Club no longer permits
U.S. players to open online gambling accounts. Furthermore, they have ceased
accepting players from Singapore. The obvious market to turn, therefore, has
been the UK.
Still keeping its roots in the Asian gaming market, Maharajah Club recently
sponsored the popular Asian Poker Classic held in March of this year. Yet, their
gaming community has been working hard to diversify an international clientele
from within all regulated online gambling markets. Regarding the Asia Cup Polo,
this event serves as a fantastic opportunity for Maharajah Club to bring together both
Asian's and non-Asian's - literally speaking. As part of their sponsorship deal,
Maharajah Club will be hosting active casino tables and poker games at Kirtlington Park so as to give fans a chance to drum up some competitions -
perhaps evolving and culminating into a tournament in their active online poker
room.
Taking place throughout June and July is Celebrasian - a festival in
celebration of Asian history and culture. The Asia Cup Polo is just one of many
events coinciding with Celebrasian, and is sure to draw thousands of spectators
- even those who are not big fans of Polo. The intense rivalry alone between
Indian and the U.K. will definitely be enough garner a large turnout. Even more
of a certainty is that Maharajah Club will be there branding itself as the
premiere Asian online casino, sportsbook and poker room.
