Online Casino Conditions Staff
July 14, 2006

Progressive Gaming - one of the world's largest patent holders for progressive table games - has signed an agreement with Canada-based DEQ, allowing Progressive Gaming to offer DEQ's G3 progressive table system to their clients in jurisdictions where current patents are being held by the casino gaming company.  In jurisdictions where DEQ does not have distribution agreements, Progressive Gaming may distribute the G3 casino table system on a non-exclusive bases, while DEQ will have the rights to sublicense the acquired rights from those that Progressive Gaming licenses to future distributors of the G3 system.

DEQ's table system has already proven to be a formidable success, and will now take on a new playing field as the company uses their global license to sell the G3 system, which offers unsurpassed technology in progressive jackpots, variable pay tables and the facilitation of side bets.  The Chief Executive Officer of DEQ, Earle Hall, commented that in keeping with the company's goal of becoming a gambling industry standard for casino table side betting, the deal with Progressive Gaming will serve as an avenue for integrating their system into casino table games throughout the world.

The CEO for Progressive Gaming, Russ McMeekin, also commented in a press release announcing the expanded relationship between the two casino gambling companies, expressing his pleasure and anticipation of things to come.  The deal will go into effect on September 1, 2006, at which time Progressive Gaming and DEQ will begin offering the G3 casino table side betting system to current clients, as well as prospective casinos and gaming companies seeking to expand their own gambling products and services.
