Best Proposition Picks for the U.S. PGA Tour

The PGA Tour is in full motion, and there are several players to look out for when placing proposition bets on the pack.  Two players that remain questionable, but still deserve monitoring in the near future include Ben Crane, who is now notoriously known as the slowest player in the PGA.  After an embarrassing encounter with Rory Sabatini, who made a fool of himself by belligerently rushing Crane on the course, Crane did admit he needs to work on speeding up his pace a bit.  Indeed, at the US Bank Championship, Crane was reported as playing faster, and playing better as well.  Coincidence?  Maybe not.

Another player to keep an eye on is Angel Cabrera, who last week shot an impressive series of birdies to pass up the leader, Nicolas Fasth.  On the last hole, however, Cabrera got a bogey, pushing the game into a playoff, which he lost.  Cabrera has played in this kind of up and down fashion before, giving cause to monitor his mental composure.

The best bets right now in preparation for the Buick Open, are Tiger Woods, John Daly, and Sean O'Hair.  Of course the odds on Tiger Woods won't pay off that great.  However, a futures bet later down the road on him might prove a smart choice.  Tiger has a new swing now, which is suiting him well.  It will be no time at all before Tiger peaks his game again.  John Daly may seem like an unstable pick, but Warwick Hills golf course suits him well.  It is friendly to long playes, and imposes minimal penalties for going out-of-bounds.  Daly looked good in England, and may be on the up for winning at the Buick.  As for O'Hair, he is nothing short of becoming a super-star.  Every time he steps foot on a course, he seems to grow more and more comfortable with his environment.  With his recent win, there is nothing keeping O'Hair from capitalizing at Warwick Hills, which suits his style of play also.
