Casino Players Get Delayed Payouts at Be the Dealer

Online Casino Conditions Staff
January 23, 2006

Be the Dealer Online Casino has not had the most glorious past of some of what could be called the most long-standing online casinos currently in operation.  Yet, despite some of this internet gambling networks misgivings, they have managed to attract a relatively steady amount of players.

Once again, Be the Dealer is in a shaky spotlight, for recent rumors were saying the online casino was preparing to shut its doors, once and for all.  The exact nature of the rumors was that the casino was experiencing financial difficulties and was beginning to fold over.  Even online player forums were starting to report concerns by players – some of which were waiting to receive payouts from the casino, and others who had recently experienced highly delayed payouts.

In response to the concerns, online casino management blamed the delayed payouts on a six figure chargeback they said they received from one of their payment processors.  They claim to have disputed the chargeback, which has now been resolved.  Consequently, all players who were awaiting their payouts have now been given their winnings.  The casino made an open apology to all those players who incurred delays and inconveniences to their account.

Recognizing the cause and potential prevention of the problem, Be the Dealer is now implementing a backup processing system so that if the same thing happens again, the casinos cashier would still be able to manage player accounts and process transactions.
