Global Gaming Expo Focused on the Future of Casino Gambling

August 21, 2006

The Global Gaming Expo (G2E) is one of the largest organized gambling trade shows in the world. Held in the casino gambling capital of the world every year, organizers have decided to move this years four-day expo to November 13 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The move to November is expected to be a permanent change for all G2E's to come - a time of the year in which organizers feel will garner more turnout.

But the G2E has never been short of turnout in the past, bringing in thousands of gambling professionals and selling out exhibit space in the L.V. Convention Center. Its organizers simply want to insure the expo remains one of the best in the world, and that as many people as possible can attend some of the events or at least stroll through the convention center and see the new casino products hitting the market.

The trade show itself will begin on Tuesday, November 14, while Monday's events will be dedicated to the G2E Training & Development Institute, whose aim is to educate those in the casino gambling industry, as well as recognize those in the Institute who have contributed to the welfare of the industry. The American Gaming Association will be announcing the winners of its Communication Award at the Institute luncheon on Monday.

This year's expo will feature several conference discussions (National Indian Gaming Association Chairman, Ernie Stevens Jr. will discuss the future of Indian Gaming and AGA President, Frank Fahrenkopf, will discuss the the future of Global Gaming) as well as more networking opportunities in a more relaxed and fun environment. In addition to "Same Suit" networking luncheons with celebrity chef demonstrations, there will be "comfort stations" where attendees can relax and network with others while getting shoe shines, massages and even a handwriting analysis.

The future of the casino gambling industry indeed looks bright when it is in the hands of the Global Gaming Expo.  For more information, including an exhibitor list, hotel and casino resort discounts or to register for G2E events, please visit GlobalGamingExpo.com.
