The online gaming software and casino games
developer, Zone4Play, recently announced their strategic business plans for the
remainder of 2007. As a result of what they are calling re-prioritized business
operations, Zone4Play says they will be focusing this year on their online
multiplayer blackjack software and television gaming service The Winner Channel,
not to mention their operating expenses. Cutting back both employees and
monthly operating expenses by nearly half, Zone4Play says they will now be able
to meet their anticipated requirements for 2007.
Zone4Play is well known for their mobile gaming
applications and interactive television gaming solutions. While previously
putting much of their focus in this type of mobile gaming (especially in the
U.S.), Zone4Play is now ready to expand its distribution of the Winner Channel
and launch the first ever multiplayer online blackjack tournament network.
Similar to the hubs of existing poker room and
online casino networks, Zone4Play's online blackjack tournament service,
Get21.com will be used to help extend their gaming offering in the blackjack
tournament sector. A highly competitive and increasingly popular component of
the online gambling industry, blackjack tournaments represent a self-sustaining
gaming niche these days.
As for The Winner Channel, this is a cross-platform
service which Zone4Play operates with Two-Way Media. The company is seeking to
expand it within the gambling friendly territory of the UK by, first of all,
developing a new line of online television (WebTV) gaming content, which is yet another
area in the mobile gambling industry that is experiencing an increasing demand
from gamers. Secondly, by partnering up with other UK focused service providers,
Zone4Play will have a better means of widely promoting a new line of online
casino games to Winner Channel subscribers.
